Our web host records standard server log data, which may include IP address, browser type, referring page and the time of your visit. This site does not set advertising cookies.
How we use it

- To communicate with you about a load, an invoice or a claim.
- To meet record-keeping obligations under federal and state transportation law.

Who we share it with
Arranging freight requires sharing shipment information with the parties who handle it. That can include motor carriers and their drivers, warehouses and terminals, insurers, and customs or regulatory authorities where applicable. We also use service providers for email, accounting and website hosting, who may process information on our behalf.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
Shipment and billing records are retained for the period required by applicable transportation and tax regulations, and afterwards for as long as needed to resolve disputes or enforce agreements.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to records we are legally required to keep. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy law. To make a request, email billing@kingsmountainlogistics.com.
Children
Our services are directed to businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
